About me
My name is Krzysztof Oziembłowski — I am a software engineer, freelancer and owner of Codence.pl. I design and deploy websites, web applications and mobile apps for businesses across Poland.
Who am I?
I hold an engineering degree in computer science and am currently completing my master's studies. Before founding Codence.pl, I gained experience through freelance commissions and personal projects, which gave me a solid foundation for independently managing projects from A to Z.
I operate as a sole trader — which means you have direct contact with the person who actually designs and codes your project. There are no middlemen, account managers or anonymous "teams". You talk to me, agree with me, and I deliver.
I value independence and flexibility — I can work with clients the way they truly need, without corporate schemas and rigid processes. I treat every commission individually: I listen and try to understand the business goal first, then choose the technical solution. I do not sell ready-made templates — I adapt to you.
How do I work?
The process always starts with a conversation — I want to know what you do, who your offer is aimed at and what you expect from the finished product. Based on this I prepare a project proposal. Only after your approval do I start work.
During the project you have access to the Codence-Klient system — a proprietary platform where you can see in real time what stage the project is at. You can submit feedback as in a ticket system and settle payments — all in one place, without email chaos.
After deployment I do not disappear. I offer monthly maintenance packages and one-off editing commissions — depending on what you need. If you prefer to manage the site yourself, I provide training on using the admin panel.
Individual approach
No two projects are the same. I analyse every commission from scratch and choose tools for a specific goal.
