
Mikronika — a manufacturer of industrial controllers — managed customer orders using Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Teams, with each client having a separate channel. The lack of a central system caused order delays, scattered information and difficulty tracking the status of individual jobs.
We designed and deployed a dedicated ERP module built on ASP.NET Core 8.0. The system introduced a unified order workflow (from submission to completion), a device configurator, bilingual PDF quotes and automatic email notifications. All data moved to a single place, replacing the scattered Excel + Teams ecosystem.
