Codence in-house product (demo)

Small and mid-sized service companies still run sales in Excel sheets and scattered tools — leads get lost, there is no clear view of the pipeline, and the monthly summary means counting by hand. Off-the-shelf CRMs are often over-complicated and expensive (a fee per user), and they force the company to adapt to the tool instead of the other way around.
NovaCRM was built as an in-house Codence project — a showcase of how a modern, custom CRM can look: easy to use, fast and matched to a real sales process, without the bloat.
We designed and built NovaCRM — a complete CRM panel with six modules, fully responsive and available in two themes: light and dark. At its core is an interactive dashboard with animated metrics and charts, plus a sales pipeline as a Kanban board with cards dragged between stages.
We focused on a modern, polished interface: gradients, glass panels (glassmorphism), smooth micro-animations and elegant data visualisations. The whole project was built in about 1.5 months as a demonstration of what Codence can deliver in custom business systems.
